With a strong emphasis on networking, wellness, and inclusivity, this event fosters a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere where women from across the state can connect, grow, and thrive.
In fact, now in its 4th year, She Leads is expanding to a second Minnesota location--Rochester, MN--in fall 2025. This premier leadership conference for women with the whole leader in mind promises to reach up to 500 women in 2025 across both locations.
She Leads welcomes all women who see themselves as entrepreneurs, executives, managers, or change makers to engage in a unique lineup of learning opportunities and experiences.
Attendees can look forward to inspiring keynote sessions, 12 hands-on workshops tailored to enhance leadership skills and personal development, community activities, and business advice from supportive panels of experts for those that participate in the pitch event.

Tickets may be refunded in full (minus credit card processing fees) until 30 days prior to the conference. Cancellations within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for refund, but may be transferred until 5 days before the conference. No cancellations or ticket transfers within 5 days of the conference.
